Працюючи в компанії восьмий місяць, лишаюся дуже задоволеною. Маю страховку, чудову команду, відкалібровані робочі процеси та задачі на розвиток. Цікаво буде дізнатися про внутрішню мобільність в майбутньому, бо є такий варіант розвитку подій під час роботи в компанії. Радує можливість навчатися іноземним мовам та безлічі інших скілів, а також мій мобільний домашній офіс з корпоративною технікою. Компанія підтримує в складні часи й робить достатньо для комфорту працівників.

Поки не можу оцінити якість підвищення зарплатні.

Its been three years in Luxoft and I feel every day has been exciting for me to keep coming back to work in this organization. I've seen tremendous growth in this past 3 years. In spite of the very fast growth, the focus on bringing in the best talent in the industry, nurturing them with growth in their knowledge and career aspirations and a great team culture is what sets Luxoft apart from the other organizations.

Still working remotely and a few days from office would be nice to interact with colleagues staying in the city.

Отличная компания, иногда встречается немного устаревший стек, но опять же, зависит от проекта. Грамотный онбординг, помогают освоить проект, адаптироваться.
