Expectations from the candidate

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a design agency or similar creative environment.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX and branding processes, with the ability to communicate effectively with creative teams and clients.
• Excellent command of Business English (C1+), both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with international clients and managing cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Availability to work across multiple time zones as needed.

What you have to do:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts between the internal team and clients.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and the design team, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and any necessary changes.
• Monitor project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, branding specialists, and other creatives to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
• Ensure effective communication between team members in different time zones and cultures, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Proactively manage client expectations and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
• Prepare and present project reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Experience with remote project management.
• A background in design or a strong interest in the creative industry is a plus.
